Top-ups carry over

Need more this month? Pay A$50, get A$50. Pay A$100, get A$103. Pay A$250, get A$260. Top-up credit doesn't expire at month end.

Auto top-up, so nothing stops

On by default. When the credit runs out, AE One adds A$50 and emails you each time, at most A$200 a month. Turn it off with one switch.

Unused monthly credit doesn't roll over. Top-ups do. The full rules for credit, top-ups and cancelling are in our Terms of Service.

Calls are billed per started minute. With a custom voice, only the part of a call spoken in your voice is billed at 35¢; the rest is at your plan's rate (29¢ on Starter, 27¢ on Pro, 25¢ on Scale).

Is Free really free?
Yes. No card, no trial and no time limit. Free is never charged. You only pay if you choose a paid plan.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans: cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid month, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is locked or deleted. Yearly plans: cancel any time and keep everything until the end of the year you paid for, and it isn't renewed. There are no refunds for the unused part.
What does the monthly credit cover?
Everything that costs money to send or answer: Voice Agent minutes, texts, emails and AI. The credit is A$100 on Starter, A$240 on Pro, and A$500 on Scale a month. Unused monthly credit doesn't roll over. Top-ups you buy do.
What happens when the credit runs out?
Auto top-up is on by default: AE One adds A$50 so nothing stops, at most A$200 a month, and emails you each time. You can turn it off with one switch. If it's off, your card is declined or you reach the limit, texts, emails and AI pause and calls go to voicemail until you top up or the next month's credit arrives.
How many minutes do I get?
Starter's A$100 buys about 345 Voice Agent minutes at 29¢ a minute, or about 665 texts. Pro's A$240 buys about 890 Voice Agent minutes at 27¢ a minute, or about 1,715 texts. Scale's A$500 buys about 2,000 Voice Agent minutes at 25¢ a minute, or about 3,845 texts.
How many people can use it?
Free includes 2 users, Starter includes 10 users, Pro includes 20 users, Scale includes 50 users. Extra users are A$10 a month each on Starter and Pro. For more than 50, talk to us.
Does the Voice Agent get a phone number?
Every paid plan includes 1 phone number. Extra numbers are A$35 on Starter and Pro, and A$25 on Scale, a month each. Running several locations? Add a number for each one. An Australian phone number can take up to 3 to 4 business days to be ready.
Can I try the Voice Agent before I pay?
Yes. Add a card to your Free account and you get 10 minutes to talk to your Voice Agent in your browser, within 30 days of adding it. No phone number needed, and your card isn't charged. Or ring ours and hear it answer.
Is AI Messaging included?
AI Messaging is the Text Agent on your website chat, answering from your knowledge base. It's included on Pro and Scale. On Starter it's an add-on, A$35 a month. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp replies join once Meta approves them.
Can the Voice Agent use my own voice?
Yes, with the custom voice add-on on every paid plan: A$29 a month, and calls spoken in your voice use 35¢ a minute from your credit. No setup fee. If your voice is ever unavailable during a call, a standard voice takes over and that part of the call is billed at your plan's normal rate.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Yearly is 12 months for the price of 10: Starter A$1,500, Pro A$2,900, Scale A$5,900 a year. Pro paid yearly includes done-for-you setup.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this site is in Australian dollars and includes GST.
