You're running a session. New members are still calling.
AE One answers the calls you can't take on the gym floor, books sessions with the right trainer and keeps track of every member's pack.
What gets in the way.
Calls during a class
Nobody answers the phone mid session, and a new enquiry doesn't always leave a message.
Counting sessions by hand
Packs tracked on paper or memory lead to questions about how many sessions are left.
Members who drift away
A member who stops booking often just needed a nudge at the right time.
